Hi guys, my partner and I have recently purchased land at Huntlee in NSW. I am currently studying a diploma of interior design and my partner is an electrician and supervisor/operator in the mines. We are looking to build the Lisbon 25 with Coral Homes. This house design was chosen for a number of reasons including, the media and loungeroom are close to each other (if we have children the media room will turn into the playroom), the main bedroom has a good sized WIR, the ensuite has a large shower and will include double shower heads, the ensuite is open to the master but the toilet and shower aren’t in direct view, the other bedrooms are close to the master (future kidlets), the toilet is seperate to the main bathroom, walk in pantry and two linen cupboards 🙌🏻 The process has only just started as we paid for soil testing and locked in some special offers on Sunday 26/08/18. The soil testing results should be back within the next three weeks. We are excited to venture into this journey and want to share our experience in the hope that it helps other first home builders.

Then they will… 3 524  I agree, I can't see it being any quicker to go to another builder. Particularly since you'd be behind where you're already at with Coral.
