Exposed Steel has to be duplex coated and by the looks of your post upstairs it's a standard galvanized post, check your lintels as well as they have to be duplex coated. Also what roof batten have they used for the roof? It has to be timber that close to the coast (cant be steel) Roof, gutters and down pipes will have to be Colorbond Ultra. Just double check everything, I live in Secret harbour around 700 meters from the coast and the salt attacks everything. Beacon lighting replaced it straight away and all was good. Well done BeaconlightIng. The only issue we have had is with carpet call. They have been a nightmare. Sold our stored engineered wood floors to someone else. Kept getting the incorrect measurements and refused to put the flooring on the stairs. Thankyou Homezone for doing the flooring on the stairs. I am so scared of the install. The reason I never left is because they offered the floor for what they say is cost!?! Well it’s cheaper. We still need to get the window treatments, painting and furniture so if we can save somewhere to get better somewhere else, that’s good. Carpet call admin might of just got it bad this time, businesses get big because they are doing something right. Maybe I just had the bad luck one idk. It went up so fast and very little problems The Ventura double story a few house down started way before ours did and it's still far from finished. Any little issue we have had has been fixed. Impossible to get in contact with. Nightmare to deal with. I am very disappointed in thier after build service.
