We are building Kingston 29 with custom changes to the ground floor plan.
We are at plan presentation stage now and booked in for meeting in two weeks.
I have been closely watching all the post in forum for tips and ideas.
We have picked one external color selection from PGH bricks and going to Austral bricks for one shortlisted color Selection.
Would love to have suggestions in regards to Selection.
We are building in Hills Shire council at Box Hill land getting registered in Sept.
We have 12.9 frontage with 1.45 lm fall across the block. It's sloping backwards.
Rawson homes have site cost around 25k.
It includes 500mm step down after Garage giving us 3.1m high ceiling.
We have choosen tiles to entire ground floor, laminate boards to staircase and carpet upstairs. I will attach drawings from rawson.
PGH Selection, smoot choc tan bricks, barramundi roof tiles, monument gutters and down pipes and windows, dune fascia and cladding.
