So while we all know different builders have different lower catagory ranges I thought a great way to help people earlier in their build journey might be to share pictures/details of your kitchens and bathrooms with minimal upgrades.
I’d find this super useful and know others would too.
If you’ve got some pictures to share to help give others a sense of how you can make your kitchen or bathrooms look slick with lower catagory upgrades (or no upgrades) I’d love to see!

Yes, you are right we don’t need underlay with scyon, but we’ll need underlay in order to get the height of the tiles to match the carpet in the hallway.
