Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 16, 2018 12:34 pm Hi all, I have purchased a 476 sqm land in stage 4 macarthur heights. I am planning to build a house and granny flat. My block is pretty flat with just one contour line passing through it. What are the site costs you guys have had to pay for your builds ? 3. I am in the process of ordering the 149 - section 5 certificate to get some details. Looking forward to some replies from potential neighbours . Btw, its my first build and I am very excited. Still under the process of finalizing the builder. hi guys. Please be nice. First time home builder in Qld.
