So we looked into them, but kept getting the run around from Lance. So much real estate BS. Told us we have to settle for a smaller house for same price as other builders larger sizes. It does make you wonder when small builders all of a sudden have a lot of houses in a certain estate. We have decided to look You work for a builder but not building with them. This gets better and better for you doesn't it.. Enough with the back and forth and who's building 200sq? Oh that's all you can afford... Sorry that's not what's going on here at all. Good luck Re: Has anyone built with JKW Constructions in Brisbane? 22Feb 05, 2019 5:11 pm Jandak Mk88...so by my calculations you signed your contract with JKW early November and slab should be down in about 4 weeks ,early March.that is 4 months...seems to me to be quite a long time . Is thiz sort of timeframe normal? I also know a number of people who work for assorted builders but have chosen to build with different builders. Hi. When you purchase a new block there are titles on the land etc and approvals from council that all are timely, nothing is rushed so yes, 4 months really isnt that long. Look I'd go nowhere but where I work for the product we sell, I mean obviously thats loyalty. And I wouldn't work for someone if I didnt believe in their product, just saying 😁 Re: Has anyone built with JKW Constructions in Brisbane? 23Feb 05, 2019 5:17 pm Mk88 Jandak Mk88...so by my calculations you signed your contract with JKW early November and slab should be down in about 4 weeks ,early March.that is 4 months...seems to me to be quite a long time . Re: Has anyone built with JKW Constructions in Brisbane? 24Feb 05, 2019 6:12 pm I'm in the construction industry and the tightest person I know. This is our 3rd home so, I'd say meeting with every builder and playing them all off to get the best deal is definitely knowing! We wanted a high end home and I put 250k on a house really quick with other builders. In the end they just couldn't compete. Fact! Read my first post and dont patronize me because your so wrong. By the way the evaluation flew through the banks😃😃 Re: Has anyone built with JKW Constructions in Brisbane? 25Feb 05, 2019 6:45 pm $250k, high end? Really! If they are so superior. How about you post up plans, inclusions & cost so that people can make up their own mind. just babbling how much you love them isn’t giving anyone any real information. Any builder that won’t advertise or give you a base price up front, seem like they are hiding something. I said I can put 250k on another builders already "turn key" for what we require you understand? Oh that's a great idea wish it was mine. I will first thing tomorrow I have to take out my details etc so give me til the morning yeah that's just a great idea so people can compare! You will all see what we added and size added etc and the costing😁😁 Re: Has anyone built with JKW Constructions in Brisbane? 27Feb 05, 2019 7:33 pm Zebinc They have a lot of builds around our area. Hello Zebinc, I would firstly like to apologise for any bad experience you may have encountered with myself or Right Move Properties, as the mistreatment of clients goes completely against the principles the company was founded on. In regards, to the matter at hand, I am unaware of any prior business, or even casual, transactions with yourself, and this being confirmed via our database of clients. Our product and business model is designed to ensure that budget awareness and debt service requirements are paramount, whilst still providing the industry leading inclusions we so confidently advertise. I take extreme pride in my professional code of conduct, and believe this is evident with my previous dealings with clients and completed homes. However, I would be more than happy to arrange a meeting with you and discuss the matter in better detail, in hopes to find a resolution. Do you mind me asking what your approx price /m2 is? Also it would depend on whether they do contract before or after colour selections. As this will slow the process from contract signing to site. 3 months is quite common. A month for estimating & drafting etc 4 weeks for building approval Normally site start is 2 weeks after BA. Mk88, Just wondering how your build is going and if you have any progress shots to share? Would you mind me asking approx price/square meter? 3 4257 Hi All, we are starting to think of building with Masterpiece Builders in Victoria, has anyone had any feedback or experience with them 0 13587 Hi we are looking to talk to people who have built with them recently.
