The most suitable items are Electric Hot Water Systems (to T31) and Pool Pumps (to T33) But you can ultimately connect nearly any appliance. A controlled load tariff is not on for most of the day, so if you connect your dishwasher, etc, it will only run at certain times. Also, if you have a solar hot water system, a controlled load booster connection can work against the efficiency of that system. I couldn't attached the photo for some reason.
