That's not consistent with what's on the plan provided, which only has that depth of cut at the extreme bottom right, and has fill in other areas. Your benching is at 70.34, which means even with the dimensions listed in your calculation, your roof apex is going to be just above 8.5 metres at the left above the natural contours provided. Due to the fall of the land, moving the house to the left looks like it'll increase how high that point is above the natural ground level.
