We have been in our house 2 months (time flies) had a relatively easy build process with nothing major. I would build with them again. We were able to do whatever design changes we wanted. Make sure you work it all out before you go to Contract as anything post contract can incur a variation fee plus the cost of the variation. The smaller builders tend to be more flexible I found than the volume builders.
