As a result, the building would look and feel natural because the facade reflects nature. It also has a timeless and adaptable feel because the facade reflects its surroundings. Facade materials should be chosen based on many factors like the product's value, lifespan, performance in different climatic conditions, availability, price, and health and safety measures. At boutiquehomeplans.com, you can also calculate the cost of building your house, including a facade. The Spires estate offers free landscaping with the block... and looking at the surrounding houses most people simply took the offered package and whacked down a Bunning's letterbox. Personally, i think that is a massive missed opportunity. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Letterbox/waal: I used two private contractors for the brickwork and rendering. Pant and cladding completed by myself. I will include landscaping images when completed - nothing ostentatious, line of grass trees in front of fence, bushes immediately behind, and some ground coverage in front of windows. Intention is to have stone pavers along side house with stone steppers from side access to front door to letterbox. We went with Blackbutt coloured brick, monument roof/gutters, think we ended up going with shale grey between the roof and brick. Looking forward to seeing it all finished on the exterior. Double glazed glass all along with some element of tint expected. Design / Source / Build Re: Show us your facade... 139Oct 28, 2022 12:08 pm I think this facade looks good with the thin window frames - the thinner frames give an elegance to the facade. I'd be careful about making the frames bigger as it'll start to compromise on the look and make things look more boxy Re: Show us your facade... 140Sep 15, 2024 9:50 am I suspect I may have posted shaky 'phone-camera pics in this thread back when we built the house ... but now we're moving on to greener pastures and a professional guy took some photos for our For Sale ad, here's our facade colour-saturated up the whazoo and photographed at dusk for oooh-aaah effect: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 2 23524 Good day everyone, I have two queries regarding stacked stone style facade feature tile installation. 1.
