Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 15, 2018 8:40 pm My wife, 3 children and I are currently building our first new home with Homecorp. Although it should be exciting it hasn't been a good start. Our slab was poured with the kitchen pipe in the wrong location. I can't accept this to be a simple mistake as I feel it's the site managers duty to insure nothing like this happens by meticulously checking the building plans. I've been advised a plumber will rectify this problem. I'm concerned now about several things. *will the slab and termite treatment be compromised? *how will this affect the kitchen sink? *Am I to expect this level of build for the remainder of our build? Would love any feedback please.
