Boral or Bristile for roofing. Aussiedamo, Bel-Air is Austral as standard and the Zinc is category 6a with M3tricon so $$$$$ to upgrade. Jo Thanks for that Jo! I had a quick chat with our SC on the weekend and she said if we wanted a Category 7 brick (she didn't know off the top of her head what Zinc was so just quoted a high one) it would cost about $5,000 for the whole house.
