22 September 2018 - Day 96 (Week 14)
Seems like there are still quite a bit to be done before the Home Presentation. We are still negotiating with our SM to have the driveway completed before our final inspection. Expecting delay for Home Presentation if M agrees to us.

SM has agreed to pour the driveway before final inspection but can't give us the date yet. Looks like our PCI will be delayed at least another 2 weeks. 😓
SM has sent us an email that concretor has started digging on our driveway to create footing for retaining wall on the side. 😊 Hoping that everything will be done within this week and we can have our PCI next week! Standby to book hubby's airticket!

SM has informed us the driveway might take a little bit longer to finish and he is targeting to set our final inspection on 26th October! Portal also showing the same date.
We have received M's Notice of Completion! Home Presentation is confirmed on 26th October! Hopefully there will be no major defects. Fingers crossed!
