Building Montpellier Grand with Carlisle Homes

How did you go Dee in regards to your inspection. Did u find anyone.

Regarding our build, its goin on smoothly. They have finished the plaster today and bricks are starting trow with stairs scheduled to be installed on 4rth.

We booked NHI for pre & post slab pour inspection. Plumbing was supposed to start today. Have to drive past later this evening to see if any work has started.

Hi Libran,

we are going ahead to build with Carlisle (Montpellier Grand) and thinking to appoint Darbecca. How did you find them? Did you have any issues with Carlisle whether had reluctance in you appointing Darbecca?
On Darbecca website it mentions that Carlisle is one of them who are refusing to accept reports from Darbecca or wish to charge clients fees or have special conditions that Darbecca Pty Ltd is critical.
If you can share your experience it will be really great!
