A large number of builds are impacted by Bushfire Prone Areas and at the start of the project get a Bushfire report to provide a BAL Rating of the risk. The builder raises a variation to address the requirements to comply with AS3959 or NSW's PBP and Builds the dwelling/structure. They then simply issue a Form to the Building Surveyor/Certifier that they built compliantly for Bushfire. But.......DID THEY???
