It has 4 beds, a study, living/dining/kitchen, rumpus with wet bar, laundry, 2 powder rooms, ensuite, bathroom, a lovely big balcony at the front, outdoor entertaining patio off the rumpus and a pool.
Building in Newcastle with David Reid Homes. We have a fair slope on our land so had the plans drawn to suit. Not one of their standard plans, even though we did love a couple of them.
