We are building Kingston 30 from Eden Brae here in Sydney. We got colour appointment in 2 weeks time.We still haven't been able to decide what external colours we want in our house. Can any of u experienced people suggest me please what colours in outside would suit this design house. Link to the house design is here:http://www.edenbraehomes.com.au/a/51.html thanks dream29 http://www.edenbraehomes.com.au/a/51.html Re: external colour selection help 3Sep 05, 2008 9:18 pm I must say I like the colours also!

I like the pic too but would maybe change the garage door to Dune or white ... the timber colour kind of sticks out and doesn't match anything else in the facade. Re: external colour selection help 6Sep 05, 2008 9:42 pm Thanks everyone for your comments. We acutally wanna make it different than the one in the Eden Brae website. We want to give better external look.
Here is another same house in different colour: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ How do u consider this look in comparison? I can give you a lot of colours for what you’re asking but you will have to give me more information. What colour roof you like, what colour bricks you like……. Unless you are thinking of having wood somewhere else on the facade. Or a timber fence close by. Otherwise very nice combination. Re: external colour selection help 13Sep 05, 2008 10:13 pm I don't think dream29 likes the first facade and colours. That's not what they're after I don't think. Do you want a more traditional look dream29?
If you do, I like the colours used to create classic feel of the second one. Don't worry about it not being ultra modern if that's what you like. Is that what you like a creamy neutral base with a dark roof? Jo I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. So you are looking to go different to the display that you first posted, colour wise
Its been a long day.....call me lazy brain. Re: external colour selection help 15Sep 05, 2008 10:58 pm Sorry if I came across opinionated....I didn't mean to, the first photo colours are definitely a trend at the moment, but if you are after something more traditional and timeless then the second photo colours are also appealing and would be an everlasting choice Re: external colour selection help 16Sep 05, 2008 11:11 pm Don't worry SuH, I am still getting used to trying to express myself correctly in computer form. I'm bad at relaying emotion in SMS as well.
