What is the chance of gettign the old house price or at least a discount on the base price? Thanks! I suppose you could, I don’t know, maybe ring them and ask? I see. Yes i think it will fit my land, I was conservative when I chose the 22, but then at the end of the day I am not happy. So rather than waiting for final contract plans to be made, I am wondering if chnge is possible with the possibility of getting the old price or at least a discount. Just so confused, all I know is that I dont want to have regrets. But thank you for taking the time to read my sentiments. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes - House change 9May 30, 2018 7:02 pm All good, totally understand! I'm a no regrets kind of girl too! lol Yeah I agree, it's easy to get confused if it wasn't addressed or discussed properly. Did someone have a talk with you to help you decide which design and size is best suited to your land? However our circumstances have changed a bit hence we are looking at the possibility of adding a little extra to our budget but not to the point of getting a new house with the new price because definitely it is way out of our budget. Just wishing and hoping that we can at least discount perhaps? Lol. I know its a long shot, but at least we tried. Lol. Thank you thank you.
