And they took ages to fix all the issues before going to next stage. that delayed the whole build. Oh wow! So it might be worth getting a independent inspector then? How much roughly do they cost, if you don’t mind me asking? That’s usually how it goes with banks/builder- if you’re late you have to pay and they will chase you, but if its from their end they don’t care! For 3 stages it cost me $1450. Thanks Re: Building with New Living Homes 31Jul 07, 2018 12:55 pm I actually found a cheaper company.. he has good reviews and quoted us $2,000 from start to finish. you could call him weekly if you want, as soon as you see they have done some work and he will go and inspect it Re: Building with New Living Homes 32Jul 07, 2018 6:00 pm ZoranaAlex I actually found a cheaper company.. he has good reviews and quoted us $2,000 from start to finish. you could call him weekly if you want, as soon as you see they have done some work and he will go and inspect it thanks ZoranaAlex could you give the name. thanks Re: Building with New Living Homes 33Jul 07, 2018 6:14 pm coref1 ZoranaAlex I actually found a cheaper company.. he has good reviews and quoted us $2,000 from start to finish. you could call him weekly if you want, as soon as you see they have done some work and he will go and inspect it thanks ZoranaAlex could you give the name. thanks His name is Damian from South West Property Inspections Re: Building with New Living Homes 34Jul 07, 2018 6:40 pm ZoranaAlex coref1 ZoranaAlex I actually found a cheaper company.. he has good reviews and quoted us $2,000 from start to finish. you could call him weekly if you want, as soon as you see they have done some work and he will go and inspect it thanks ZoranaAlex could you give the name. thanks His name is Damian from South West Property Inspections thanks I'll check them out.
