Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Clarendon Boston 36 Central Coast 31Nov 05, 2019 9:14 pm Hi Anna, your house looks amazing!, and awesome that they built it so quick too. We are in Sydney and looking to build the same home i don't expect such a quick turnaround here though. Can I ask how much you spent on tile upgrades? Did you do flooring post handover? Or did you get flooring through Clarendon? I think earlier in your post i saw you mention you spent less than 10k on rendering? They told us it would be like 25k! (So i think we will have to go with brick at the bottom and choose a nice grey colour and render later if we decide to) Re: Clarendon Boston 36 Central Coast 32Nov 06, 2019 5:33 am JennyH Hi Anna, your house looks amazing!, and awesome that they built it so quick too. However, we did pay extra to do our splash back with grey grout and herringbone style. We did our flooring with Clarendon. Again, no upgrades! We chose standard laminate wood flooring. Looks gorgeous. We did upgrade carpet to silver package, as it was reasonably priced. We didn’t render as it’s too expensive. We chose morroca bagged. Way cheaper than render. My best advice is go standard in everything! Save yourself thousands$$$$ Re: Clarendon Boston 36 Central Coast 34Apr 14, 2021 11:28 am Duffy Anna4Chris Hi everyone, Sorry for the lack of posting. We’ve been in our gorgeous house for 6 months now. Clarendon homes ROCK! Best build we’ve ever done. Here are some pics did you all to enjoy. You new house looks amazing. Just wondering if you upgraded your kitchen cabinet to white gloss? it looks nice? if so how much did it cost you extra? were you given an option to upgrade the kichen splasback to toughened glass as well? i wonder if its very expensive with Clarendon or install that myself afterward? Thanks Duffy Wow i love your kitchen and flooring - may i ask what type and colour your floorboards are please? x the stair balustrades? There is nothing special about these and I imagine literally every stair installer will be able to do this. 1 6681 Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 8899 Hi, just need to ask if anyone build with Central Properties in Victoria.
