Builders in Ballarat

We’re looking to build in Ballarat and trying to find a custom builder.

Can anyone tell me about their experience with their builder and who it was.

Hi, we built with GJ Gardner about 5 years ago. Love our house and they only took the six months. Had never built before so overall everything went well....We looked at many display homes in Ballarat but Gardners were the one after we walked into their display onto solid floorboards...not floating...that sold us. We love our solid floorboards.
