How is your build going? Lucky for you, you must have a great SS. Ours doesnβt reply to emails and most recently tried to give us a BS story why we couldnβt add niches to our bathrooms as a variation. Only when my husband called him out on it, did he actually speak to the construction manager and got the correct info that it could be done after all. Build is going ok, frame is almost complete but feeling like maybe weβre going to butt heads with them quite often. I just received a letter of extension of 2 extra days because of weather, but we know for a fact that trades were there on both days π Re: Fairhaven Homes 209Jul 28, 2018 4:33 pm Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅

Hi βΊ Our stage of the estate should be finished in about 3 weeks. Not sure how long titles will take after that. We are now at the stage of it costing us $1000 every month...bugger! We are still waiting for updated plans, colour documents and the contract. Should be ready by the end of the week we hope.
