We feel it’s value for money, being that we are spending so much on this house. If you go on their website, they do advise on there which are the most important stages. What design are you building? What exactly is the hold up with yours? Do they have an expected starting time? Darbecca found 20+ defects but it’s all jargon to me so I can’t tell you how major they are. We are looking to do a KDR with fairhaven homes, Have seen plenty of good reviews about them pre construction and plenty of negative reviews about them during contruction… 0 18045 Ask for references and speak to them.
