Browse Forums Building A New House Re: First time build - Clarendon (Newcastle/Hunter Region) 5Apr 19, 2018 10:32 pm Chisholm Also quick question for people on here who have built with Clarendon. Can you get a credit for items you don’t use in packages? For example in our Summer of Free Sapphire package we can have a free standing bath however opted for the normal inbuilt one (practical reasons), so was thinking of having a credit from that to put towards downlights or something... Any tips or tricks for our colour studio appointment in 3 weeks? Re: First time build - Clarendon (Newcastle/Hunter Region) 6Apr 09, 2019 12:19 pm nissy02 Hi Salfield, I would agree with that. What we've found when doing the drive past homes (on the lists we're given as examples) is that one house in one brick looks totally different to another house in the same brick. We've found Blackheath and Espresso to be the most consistent, where-as Oprheus or Blackbutt varies quite drastically. Hi Nissy, I'm a new member and first time home builder and have realized that it's so hard to decide on the external combinations for a home. I was wondering if you could advise what combinations you went with the PGH blackheath bricks ? Any photos to share ? Thanks! Thanks NativeZen! I can't wait to start landscaping, though it's going to be a while away yet. No movement on site yet as of the weekend. Hoping to see some earthworks… 3 2148 Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA? Good or bad, hopefully good just need to know if my choice was good or not? Thanks ❤️ 0 4946 9 19156 |
