Hi there☺️ Yes we made a lot of changes and some similar to yours Love you changes and so hope I don’t forget anything most probably I have too to my memory I can only remember these changes We change family room downstairs by front door to a guest room with ensuite Extended garage to 3 car Added door from garage entry to hallway as it didn’t have one Upgraded our stairs so there’s no storage under to make it more open so you can see right through Tile flooring added underfoor heating and upgraded the heating and cooling for the whole house with all these other monitor gadgets partner added zzzz men! Haha We too added sink to and upgraded adding cabinets for butler and washroom sliding doors to keep them separate Added window in with tile flashback to kitchen above sink Extended outdoor room to line up with house Added stacker doors to the whole of back dining/theatre room 3 in total to look out to pool/spa Made rumpus into theatre adding wiring for theatre to be installed after handover Added 2 big windows to theatre room so we can open room up when no watching movie Added shutters to rumpus wall connecting to lounge Added a fire place in open living space Added mirror flashback to dining room wall to make room look bigger Added another master room upstairs a bit smaller to ours for eldest daughter also made her window bigger Added anothe ensuite for other daughter Added a door connecting to main bathroom for other daughter Pretty much upgraded everything coz we lazy to do anything after handover haha So much money!! We also added big double door to front door so it’s like french doors to accomodate large entry Only highest ceilings for bottom level as I didn’t see the need to raise the top We also added 3 flower pots forgot what they called to hallway to give it that nice touch I can’t remember the rest Where you building😀 Re: Building Glendale 50 peninsula SE victoria 18Jun 02, 2018 11:11 pm shokel1975 We will both get there! We too changed rumpus to theatre, but we did not add windows or stacker door there as we thought that may impact the sound quality when watching a movie. So did u change the window facing the outdoor room in theatre room to a door? And where is the 3rd stacker door....the other wall of theatre facing the back? We too updated heating but did not wtite that as it was not structural. Love the 3 car garage...we did not have space due to set back restrictions n easement at the back n r building on the boundary. We r building in glen waverley....n you? For reference, this is the Austlii reference.
