We are lot 196 Magnolia Boulevard.
How far along are you in the process?
We are in Stage 3A so still waiting on them to develop the road and plot out the blocks, so still a long wait ahead

Stage 2 should be done by June, so hopefully you won't be too far behind!

I haven’t been up to have a look for around a month now, Have they extended the road of Magnolia Boulevard ? Last time I was there the road ended at the house with a dog in a pen

Last week it was still closed off just after the island in the middle of the road, but you can see gutters etc further up.
Ive really gotta get back out there to have a look

99% going with Statesman, modified Virginia Alfresco. Just really stuck on choosing the elevation.

We have chosen the Kentucky Alfresco MKII, from SA Housing centre - with some changes to the master bedroom
I really can’t wait to see some more houses built, to get a feel for how ours will sit on the street .

I'm in love when street are named after flowers... I do hope your council will plant magnolia trees on Magnolia Boulevard. And Daffodil Drive.... just imagine rows of daffodils in spring.

Unfortunately no Magnolia street trees! A few people have planted them in their gardens already... I know I will be!
My partner and I are lot 199 on Magnolia! It's been a long wait and we are so excited now.
We are waiting for out footings report to come back so hopefully that's within budget...

We were so in love with all the Dechellis houses so our decision was easy.
Not sure yet, we are meant to hear back by next week and I'm dying to know
