Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 16, 2018 6:15 pm We are really excited to be building our new home! We purchased our block late last year after chatting with Pantha. They were initially super helpful, going above and beyond with helping us find a suitable block. We have had our slab down for 8 weeks, and the bottom level frame is up. Pantha are doing a stick frame, although I’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing! Unfortunately, Pantha apparently have a lot of work on, so our frame is going up very slowly. It feels like it has been forever since our colour selection, I hope we made the right choices with that! I am looking forward to sharing our new home journey here, and following along with others. Re: Our new home by Pantha Homes 2Apr 17, 2018 12:43 am Hello Majory, Congrats on your land purchase and also the commencement of your build. This is a great place to share your colours, plans and journey with. It’s a bugger your frames are taking so long, crossing fingers your chipped are back onsite to finish them off soon. Looking forward to following along Re: Our new home by Pantha Homes 4Jul 30, 2018 6:47 pm Hi Alymei, our build is incredibly slow! I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service, I am constantly having to chase them up for updates. We have not met our supervisor (or anyone else other than the colour person) and we are almost 6 months in since slab down. Practical Completion is due next week but there is still so much work to do so I am doubtful that we will make it. I’m sure we will have a beautiful home when we finally get it though! They do seem to build beautiful homes. Re: Our new home by Pantha Homes 6Jul 30, 2018 8:10 pm We have dealt with pretty much everyone now I think! Mainly Greta in the office.. I think she is new there. Also a little with both Mark and Angela. I believe our supervisor is fairly new as well, that is Michael. Our sales lady was fantatstic, we absolutely loved her! It’s a shame she couldn’t look after us all the way. Her name was Pamela and nothing was too much trouble for her..even after contracts were signed. I hate that I need to constantly chase them. I feel like we are whining all the time! Hi there! Putting the feelers out there for those who have (or almost) built with Arli homes!
