Re: Fairmont Homes - Northridge Estate SA 170Apr 28, 2019 10:44 pm Can anyone give me a rough estimate of the time taken for completing the construction. My land settlement is in July 2019 end for Kestral 3 and I am building a 2 storey. Hopefully the site will be ready in Aug. Any realistic estimate on how long they will take from your past experiences ?? This will help planning to change children schools etc. Re: Fairmont Homes - Northridge Estate SA 171Apr 28, 2019 11:30 pm Mehul Shah Can anyone give me a rough estimate of the time taken for completing the construction.
