It looks fantastic and I love the modifications you've made. We are also building the Grange 29 slightly modified.. Just wondering if you remember the colour paint you used in your Media Room? Cheers, Emily Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 86Oct 04, 2018 4:24 pm Emily_2477 Hi, Congratulations on your new home! It looks fantastic and I love the modifications you've made. But don't touch it, it marks easily being a dark colour. Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 87Oct 04, 2018 4:55 pm Hi Mrprices Do you recall how much the 'handleless' kitchen cabinets costs to upgrade? And how much the different types of cabinet finish cost? Thanks Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 88Oct 04, 2018 6:25 pm We built with 'Elegance' options so that may change the option costs. We took out the 'Neo Modern Kitchen' option which I think also included the handleless drawers option and the silk finish to the cabinets so not sure what it may cost as an upgrade. I think from speaking with some others the silk finish is not that more expensive. Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 89Oct 04, 2018 6:48 pm Thanks for the reply. Got our tile appointments coming up trying to gather some price indication. Thanks Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 91Oct 05, 2018 8:15 am gluten Your house is amazing! Thanks for posting so many photos. It's inspired us to go with the grange 29. Just signed on the land so early days. Good luck. We certainly do like the design with the modifications we have made. Am about to build with coral so just want to be aware of any extras Yes. We had some uncontrolled fill so around 40+ screw piers were added for around $10K extra for site costs all up. Re: Coral Homes – Grange 29 (St Kilda façade) HB/QLD 97Nov 26, 2018 6:18 pm mpricecs My wife and I are building the Grange 29 with some modifications in Hervey Bay, Queensland. Firstly, a big thumbs up to all of you that have shared so much valuable information in these pages about your builds. Not only do they make some great reading but are very informative and extremely helpful. Keenly following all the Grange builds and other Coral builds. I had been looking at floor plans for some time and always liked the Noosa and Avoca plans, but when the Grange plans were released we found that the Grange 29 with some modifications, would get us the closest to what we were ultimately looking to build. We were able to increase the size of the Ensuite shower (300mm), Family Room (200mm), Dining Room (250mm), Bedroom 2 (750mm), Bedroom 3 (260mm), the Robes in both rear bedrooms (280mm) and finally the Pantry (200mm).
