I recognise that playground and the trees and the houses in the background. We moved in about 3 months ago and really like the area. It seems pretty quiet, apart from the construction vehicles but that will settle down in time. Looking forward to following your build. Haha! Are you on the same street as I am? When a document gets corrected, ensure you re-read the entire document again - carefully. Make sure you are happy with everything structural - as you can't change it after tender. We created a list of everything and checked what was world of style and what was tender - just to be sure. Good luck! Going alright, Hebel was delivered today so that is good, roof is on and windows all installed, the only thing I’m concerned about is that the pipes still haven’t been fixed.
