Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 13, 2018 11:52 pm Hi all, I am in the Brisbane City Council. So today I was provided a letter asking me to comment on the proposed construction next door (vacant lot). Apparently there are non-compliance boundaries/setback. The form provided is named "Concurrence Agency Application" and only the "Neighbour's Statement" is provided in the post for me. Questions: 1) Does my neighbour need me to sign/comment before sending the form to BCC for approval or can they submit without my comments? 2) If I object to the proposed setback, are there any other forms I can lodge direct to the council? I am worried that if I return the signed form back to the neighbour/their builder, they will simply throw it in the bin and replace it with an empty page and advise council that they cant get hold of me...?
