Hi all,
I am looking for some views on how the plumbing has been done on the new build of a two storey home. Please see the photo. The plumbing for the upstairs bathroom has been boxed in across a downstairs bedroom. I think this is unacceptable, that it should be in the framework of the house. The bedroom is small room to start with, I'm also concerned about the noise of running water and in my opinion looks awful. I have raised this with the builder and got this reply:
"In regards to the bulkhead for the upstairs plumbing, this is standard procedure and the plumbing cannot be installed inside the framing."
Thank you!
