Brick-work completed.
Setting - completed.

Pretty happy with the brickwork. Only one chipped brick. (SS said they'll just come and cut it out and replace)

Bricks were Austral Urban One Chiffon.
We're happy overall, though looking at our roof, would've liked it just a shade or two darker. (never-mind...10yrs+ spray job lol)

I LOVE your floor plan! The positioning of all the rooms is fantastic. Definitely following. Do you have colour selections pics or do we just have to wait and see? 😜

*Update;
Rendering, internal doors up, kitchen cabinets started, waterproofing, garage door and vanities arrived.

So its been a few weeks and i thought i'd put an update through;
They are now up to fixing off internals. Current time-frame on the house is two months ahead of schedule. Bad news is, pool work is TBA...

Tiles look great! Which tile did you select?

What’s the delay with the pool? We selected the pool package too but we’re at waiting for building approval stage.

That's great news they are so far ahead of schedule, but what is the hold up with the pool do you know?

I should say, they still have plenty of time, it just might be the case of the house is finished and the pool work is still ongoing.
It turns out they use a separate supervisor for the pool works and it doesn't sound like they are on-point like my SS in timing. (could be overloaded with jobs or just working to the timeline etc) so, the delay might just mean we don't get a early handover.

Ahh okay, yea that makes sense. That will be incredibly frustrating for you though, if you have your finished house sitting there and your unable to move in
