Negotiating/Bargaining for House and Land Package

It's indeed a great forum for first hand information.

I would appreciate if someone can tell me their experience on negotiating/bargaining for House and Land Packages.

I am trying to finalise on a package but the builder's "Building price" is really atrocious.

Can someone help if this can be negotiated with the builder and if yes, up to how much.

P.S - I am looking for a House and Land package upto 900K in Schofields, NSW.
