I live interstate and up in Brisbane only on a monthly basis so it is important to have faith in the team to build what was planned, which I have . I get regular updates from the foreman and site manager via photos and emails and if I have questions or phonecalls thye are answered within hours or emails responded to that day. Once the building started it was full steam ahead but due to the challenges with the block it was slightly delay ( the only frustration ) but this is common in construction with tougher blocks. .
