If you know all your major ticket items, the small ones can be fixed in a VO later on During the appointment, they raise a variation order for the things that you need to change our aren't right. Ultimately it comes down to what you're comfortable signing on the day Re: Metricon contract signing and issues 9Feb 21, 2018 7:37 am We are with Coral homes and received our initial tender on 11 January and had our appointment with our Sales Consultant on 13 January, where we made sure that the house was drawn exactly the way we wanted and to make any changes that needed to be made. We received our contract documents on 25 January and had our appointment with our Sales Consultant on 27 January where we made sure the changes had been made, there were still a couple of minor mistakes (window opening the wrong way, outdoor tap needed moving, door frame needed to be moved over a little). We paid our 5% deposit on 27 January and have now received our final plans from Variations on 19 February and everything is now perfect. Couldn't be happier. Building with M at the moment, and they pretty much only do things as PCV's Trying to get finalised plans with exactly everything corrected was impossible. In the end, we just kept track of every variation we did and make sure they are right during the construction. So far haven't had issues doing it like that. 12 5320 You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16556 Need more photos from around the house including your gutters. We have had 3 of the wettest years in a row for some time so that wouldn't be helping 3 6948 |
