It doesnt matter about the wires really, once it all gyprocked won't see them anyway. Just im a sparky, so critical of work when not done the way i would of liked it done 😊 the data and security cabling was much worse though, done by a different company again. Ymiao, it looks like your a month ahead of us, any idea given when they hand over keys? If so what was the quote you got? did you go with there contact Just Power or do yourself through someone else? Re: KDR - Allcastle Homes Grandworth 45 MK2 151Dec 13, 2018 1:03 pm ymiao4398 we got the quote back, and it's pretty reasonable i guess, $1500ish for a three phase connection. not sure if that is good value or not? I paid the same to Just power but end up additional electrical run $500 from boundary charge from AC. Re: KDR - Allcastle Homes Grandworth 45 MK2 153Dec 13, 2018 1:09 pm I think it is from boundary to my electrical pole. Charge by AC not just power. They just send me invoice with that description. "Long electrical run required from boundary to pillar" Re: KDR - Allcastle Homes Grandworth 45 MK2 154Dec 13, 2018 1:22 pm I also upset with the way they handle PCI completion. They book first walk thro next week . Electrical appliance and air-cond not done yet. ( They asked me if I prefer install after Xmas break - I said yes) Then issue the final account for settlement and urge me to pay and mentioned interest for late payment if not settle b4 Xmas. End up I have to be there for delivery elect appliances , installation and air conditioning installation. 3 days there to allow worker access after shutdown period. I am reading clause 21 of the build contract at the moment.
