Browse Forums Building A New House Re: KDR - Allcastle Homes Grandworth 45 MK2 199Mar 25, 2019 9:20 am anyways, we had our handover, i can confirm you get Final OC without doing the landscaping. just a note to everyone in their PCI and final inspection, bring your electrical plan with you, and also a ladder and light bulbs if you only got the batten holders. we forgot to bring the above now there is some rectifying work that need to be done, our upstairs wiring is done wrong, as three of the bedrooms when you switch on the light the fuse will trip. the dual switches we put in did not all work properly. also they left out the batten above the stairs. so bring a light bulb/bulbs and a ladder. we are however very happy with the tiling.
