Hi all,
We came across a new builder, Claremont homes, while we were in Aurora, Wollert. They informed us that they were into custom builds for long under the name" Enterprise constructions" and now they have ventured into volume builds under the name Claremont homes. The Display homes seems to be nice and we were interested in one of the plans. But, as they are new, we feel that it might be a risky choice(We are not sure about the warranty if they decide to cease their volume building business).
Has anyone built with Enterprise constructions or clarmeont homes? What you guys feel about this ?

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
