We are not to far off from house being completed. The following still need to done hopefully 5 weeks we will be in. Then landscaping can be finished.
1) External painting eaves, pillars rendered (Dune) and cladding painted (Wallaby)
2) Bath, basins taps and sealing of tiles
3) Aircon and ducted gas vents
4) Shelving and mirrors
5) Appliances
6)Concreting porch and Alfresco
7) Carport door
We are doing our flooring post handover( Karndean Lemon spotted gum) and carpet along with our lights.
