We ended up with E soil and N3 wind rating, so our site costs were quite expensive at $26281. We had allowed $25000 in our original tender, but it threw us over with the N3 wind rating. We were lucky enough to have no rock as that can add a lot extra. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ".
