Hi everyone
We are hoping to have some paving done at the rear of our new home. Is it cheaper to get our builder to pour the slab whilst building the house or to just do it ourselves separately after the house is built?
Thanks.

Re: Concrete slab 2Jun 03, 2020 7:20 pm Should cost less with the builder using same guys as slab, but I would still get a quote as builders sometimes like to pick up easy margin here, personally I saved 40 percent doing it this way,but builder knew I knew my shhitt down to the concrete suppliers and quality. The concreter will take and reuse. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists. 1 5152 yep, clearly mark where the infloor heating pipes are before drilling or nailing 1 6057 Building Standards; Getting It Right! is this for a residential dwelling or a shed?
