There’s quite a few ways you could change it to make better use of the space I think. Playing around with it yourself and thinking of how you would live in the space will really help. Just got to get my head past this floor plan and try and get it back to what we want. Meeting with the draftsman would life a lot easier We have custom designed our plan and there was a few back and forths to get it right but it’s worth it when the plan is finally done. I would start by drawing over the plan you have into magic plan and then work it until you love it and pay for the plan and send the pdf through to your builder so they can send it to the draftsman. And then just keep error checking their plans against yours until theirs is correct. Just make sure you customise your interior and exterior walls to your builders standard so that your square meterage is correct.
