We are hoping to have a contract with Coral Homes by the end of the year to build the Daydream 30 in QLD.
And as we are interested I have been looking into some of the different floorings. We are in love with the timber look flooring, but am also wanting to do a deck outside for the undercover area, instead of concrete and tiles. But we are worried that it may be too much timber, and havent found any photos so thought I may ask here.
Do anyone have timber look flooring inside the house and a deck on the outside?

Be aware that timber is not maintenance a free product and does require staining especially the weather exposed stuff.
You may have meant sealing or oiling: staining is adding a colour.
