Some of them have already told us they won't build on our block due to access being a little more restrictive. How many builders do people get tenders from? I'd imagine that doing tenders require a lot of work for builders, when you don't accept a tender, does the builder just accept it or get nasty? Do you tell the builders you are getting tenders from x companies as well so they know they are not the only one? Also, all project builders we looked at have bad reviews somewhere, which I guess should be expected, there are also many wonderful reviews about them. Is it just pot luck? Thanks.
