We will be building the Loano by Homegroup with their new luxury kitchen & Scullery package.
Land is due to be titled in April and have paid our $2K deposit to Builder and on our land.

Hi Dunne23 the layout looks lovely, have you thought about maybe extending the ensuite shower out and maybe switching it to where the toilet is, and maybe adding a door to the ensuite (I’m a door person 😂)
I’m also not sure if you have kiddies or want a bigger backyard but could maybe see if you can bring the house forward a bit more, I wish I had thought about that with ours.
Also love the double sink in the bathroom
