All wet areas will be tiled before it,just dont know about if we can get flooring for non-wet areas done after handover and applying for the certificate or will they reject the occupancy certificate if all non-wet areas are not completed with flooring? Also, does the driveway need to be complete or can that be done after handover and getting the certificate?We are building in NSW.
