JG king - Odyssey 2

Frame all complete. Windows haven’t been delivered as yet. In love with the facade.

Windows have gone in and roof almost complete! Bricks will hopefully start later this week and plaster next Friday!

Update! Our build is happening so fast! We had our fix completed last week. Everything has gone fantastic and the quality is better than expected!
Plaster bricks and fix have happened in the last 2 weeks.

It’s only been 8 weeks since the slab was poured! Brickies will be done today (pics to come)
Render next week, kitchen Wednesday as well as water proofing, painting the following Monday followed by tiles. Generally from tiles it’s 3 weeks till handover, all going well. We have been incredibly lucky.

You have been unbelievably lucky, our slab went down 23/11/2017 and our painting was meant to be this week, but the delightful carpenter has let us down again, with a no show, he has put us behind 2 weeks☹️ We have houses being built around us that started latter and are nearly finished.

Ahhh that must be so frustrating! Yes we have been very lucky. It’s been a great experience so far.

Bricks complete, fix complete, waterproofing complete. Render and kitchen next week

Have you had your bricks washed yet, if not get them to cover your front door and frame when the guy acid washed our bricks it has left black marks on our front step and a bit on door. Our painter tried to sand them out but can still see even though we have a dark stain on the door.

Yeah they’ve been cleaned but all looks ok

We are only about 4 weeks away! Can’t wait to be in.

We are also building with Jg kings and selected odyssey 2 with bliss facade.
Just wondering how long it took from colour selection to contract signing???
