Forum Building A New House 1 Jan 20, 2018 8:12 am Hi all I’m looking at getting advice on what can be done. The builder has advised me they poured the incorrect concrete for my slab, the plans and engineering state 25mpa and the builders poured 20mpa. The RBS has issued a fix notice, so the builder has to get this signed off with independent engineer for 20 to be used. Is this correct or should I say I want 25mpa? They have just started the brick work on the house. Location is vic. Thanks for any help in advance. Cheers Simon.
