That's good. We have been keeping a close eye on ours too.
Picked up 2 things along the way and they have already been fixed.
Hopefully, our PCI goes as well as yours.

Hi Simone, love your house. We are building the Marcooola and we were told the drop down ceiling was standard. But now they are saying it’s not now we are at frame stage. Did you pay extra for the ceiling?

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…

In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask…
